My Profile

My Profile allows employees to take an active role in how they present themselves to the business, by detailing interests, experiences, skills, and knowledge beyond the function they are currently performing. Additionally, it allows employees to privately define career aspirations to HR and/or managers to open internal mobility opportunities that may not have been previously known.

Personal Networks
