Automatic reminders and online messaging reduce the time taken to keep your Campaign on track. Multiple approval levels can be accommodated at varying roles. And once the proposals have been validated, ActiveConnector can disseminate the final updates to the various payroll systems.

Managers also have import/export functionality, which allows them to download the reviews into Excel to simulate their team’s proposals. By using a standard productivity tool that managers already have familiarity, manager training time is substantially reduced and they can easily work offline speeding the process. When they are ready, the manager can use the import functionality to reload their Excel proposal back into ActiveRewarder. This provides them with a pre-populated version of the compensation review screen where they can then use all the other system functionality.
