Xavier Marchioni
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Xavier has the ultimate responsibility for all areas of the company. Through his leadership since 2002, Xavier has energised Jobpartners, transforming it into a major, innovative people management SaaS provider with strong, sustainable growth by providing quality solutions and services that deliver tangible business results for our customers.
With over 20 years in senior management and operational experience, Xavier joined Jobpartners from Meta4, where he was instrumental in the creation of their Major European operations and their positioning as a major player in the HRMS market. Prior to Meta4, he was an executive of Cap Gemini's outsourcing division in France, strongly contributing to its success as one of the leaders in outsourcing in the French Market. Previous roles with IBM, Datablue and Dun & Bradstreet have given Xavier extensive business experience especially successfully starting and developing new businesses and initiatives.
Xavier's wide involvement in everything Jobpartners is matched by his involvement in wide-ranging hobbies from sports, to art, to wine, to biographies of historical leaders.
Ferry de Vries
Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary
As CFO and Company Secretary, Ferry is responsible for Jobpartners' finance and internal operations.
Ferry joins Jobpartners from Gilde IT fund where he was Investment Director for four years. As part of his activities at Gilde, Ferry held a number of directorship positions within companies funded by Gilde, including serving as a member of Jobpartners’ Board of Directors. Prior to his time at Gilde, Ferry worked at Rabobank International where he specialised in corporate finance and was involved in numerous investments in the telecommunications, media and Internet industries.
Ferry also invests time and money in his interest in soccer.
Patrice Barbedette
Founder and Group Vice President, Sales
Patrice is the founder of Jobpartners. As Group VP of Sales, Patrice is responsible for all sales activities globally for Jobpartners, helping customers find new and pragmatic ways to solve their people and talent management challenges.
Prior to creating Jobpartners, Patrice was the Alliances Program Manager at the SAS Institute EMEA Headquarters in Germany - the world's largest privately owned software company - where he focused his activity on launching a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application offering.
Patrice holds a Masters in European Business Administration and Management from the Nancy Graduate Business School (ICN - University of Nancy, France) and from the Wissenschaftliche Hochschule für Unternehmensfürhung (University of Koblenz, Germany).
ActiveSuite is not just a solution name for Patrice. It embodies his active spirit in everything he does – always on the run with enthusiasm.
Frédéric Radier
Group Vice President, Solutions and Technology
As Group VP of Solutions and Technology, Frédéric is responsible for transforming our vision of people management solutions. He leads our product management and product development teams, as well as conveying our strategic benefits to potential customers through a dedicated Solutions Consultant team.
Frédéric joined Jobpartners from Meta4, where as Director of Marketing and Business Development, he was responsible for supporting all pre-sales activities and the development of partnerships and communications, positioning Meta4 as a major player in the French market. Prior to that Frédéric gained extensive experience with IBM Global Services. His responsibilities covered Pan-European Business Development, the introduction of "HR Access" into the United States and the creation and development of major offerings throughout the European Group Networks. Frédéric also brings to Jobpartners vital experience in the creation and development of HR management tools and in International Human Resources.
When he’s not running the product ship, Frédéric prefers sailing and hopes to get his two sons onboard soon.
Eric Genet
Group Vice President, Small-to-Midsize Business
As Group VP of Jobpartners’ Small-to-Midsize Business, Eric is leading all aspects of the division including strategy, product management and development, and sales and marketing.
Eric joined Jobpartners in 2000 after two prolific years on SAP projects. During his first four years, he focused his expertise on European talent management implementations, leading his professional services teams to deliver value to our customers. In 2004, he brought this customer perspective to Product delivery where he cultivated multiple delivery teams and instituted new software engineering practices that successfully delivered new product offerings to increase revenue.
Eric holds a Master in Abstract Mathematics. Eric also holds a camera and enjoys seeing life through his lenses.
Jérôme Jaunasse
Group Vice President, Customer Care
As Group VP of Customer Care, Jérôme is responsible for long-term customer satisfaction and success, monitoring the best account management practices across Jobpartners.
Jérôme joined Jobpartners in 2005 and drove the growth of the South European operations. Prior to Jobpartners, Jérôme was a key manager at Business Objects, beginning in 1994 in Sales and then led the business as Sales Director and General Manager in France from 1998 to 2003. He was then promoted to Vice President, Europe Professional Services, driving a 200-person team on Solution Success. Jérôme also gained extensive customer focus experience through successes in ASK Ingres and IBM.
At the end of a day working with customers, you can generally find Jérôme rocking out in his office. We double-check proposals for David Bowie lyrics.
Michel Anglaret
Group Vice President, Professional Services
As Group VP of Professional Services, Michel is responsible for the management of Jobpartners’ global professional services teams and is charged with ensuring that our solutions are successfully implemented to ensure our customers deliver immediate value to their businesses.
Prior to joining Jobpartners, Michel was application management director for Cap Gemini’s outsourcing division. Michel has held various sales, services and general management positions at companies such as Siemens and Meta4. Michel gained extensive knowledge and experience in human resources management systems as the general manager of Meta4 France and then as the corporate services vice president of the Meta4 Group.
When he's not at full stretch with service delivery, Michel is galloping full stretch on horseback with his wife and daughters.
Paul Bannister
Group Vice President, Customers Operations
As Group VP of Jobpartners’ Customers Operations, Paul is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our customers’ solutions once they are in live production. This includes overseeing the International Help Desk and Hosting Operations to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
Paul brings to Jobpartners extensive experience in research and development and product architecture of human resources management applications and business systems. He joined Jobpartners in 2000 from hyphen.com, an online HR start-up organisation, where he was Chief Technology Officer and a founding board level director, responsible for the development of the company's solution and new business strategies. Prior to hyphen.com, Paul developed a recruitment software business “Colleague,”'and subsequently delivered Internet recruiting strategies at Lorien plc. Paul studied Computer Science at Hertfordshire University.
When not managing the daily operations, Paul is managing his passion for photography with his young family.
