The team has previous experience working for companies including IBM, HR Access, Netscape, SAS Institute, Meta4 and SSA. This strong team of professionals has achieved over 80% growth every year since the company's inception.
Richard Doherty - Vice President Operations UK & US
As VP Operations UK & US, Richard is responsible for Sales in the UK and the US. Richard joined Jobpartners from SAS Institute where he had responsibility for product strategy development, support services and technical consulting to 15 countries across Europe, Middle East and Asia. Prior to working at SAS, he gained extensive experience in managing teams to provide training, implementation services, consultancy and technical support with Safeway Stores plc. Richard holds a BSc (Econ) from the London School of Economics and speaks English and German.
Jérôme Jaunasse – Vice President Operations South Europe
As VP Operations South Europe, Jérôme is responsible for all sales and account management activities in South Europe, as well as all South Europe operations. Jérôme joined Jobpartners from Business Objects, where he started in 1994 in Sales, leading the business in France as Sales Director from 1998. He then became the France General Manager from 2000 to 2003, growing revenues and organisation to the undisputed leader position. In the last two years he was promoted as the Europe Professional Services VP, driving a 200 people team across the borders. Prior to that Jérôme gained extensive sales experience through successes in ASK Ingres and IBM.
Hans Dobber - Vice President Operations North Europe
As VP Operations North Europe, Hans is responsible for Sales in the Netherlands and the Nordics. Hans joined Jobpartners from Idiom Technologies Inc. where, as Vice President, he led this American e-business company's expansion into Europe. He has also held a range of posts including General Manager for West and Central Europe for SSA Global technologies, and Marketing & Sales Manager at IBM. Hans speaks fluent Dutch, English and German.
Achim Giehr - Vice President Operations Central Europe
As VP Operations Central Europe, Achim is responsible for all Jobpartners operations with focus on Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Achim joined Jobpartners from Saba, a global provider of Human Capital Management Solutions where he has been in charge of all Sales & Marketing activities as Regional Director in Central & Eastern Europe. Prior to Saba he has held various positions at ASK Ingres, Informix, MBT Europe and ORACLE, where he started as Sales Manager in 1995 and has been promoted to Regional Director in 1998 and Director Financial Services Industry in 1999. In this role Achim was a Member of the Board of Directors at ORACLE Deutschland GmbH.
Andrew Scutt - Vice President Systems Operations
As VP Systems Operations, Andrew is responsible for the delivery of Jobpartners solutions to our customers. Andrew joined Jobpartners 4 years ago from Business Online Group(UK), one of the early leaders in the UK free internet access market, where he had full responsibility for the groups IT and telecoms infrastructure and an active role in the technical pre-sales area of the business. At Jobpartners he continues in a similar role to deliver a reliable, scaleable infrastructure for Jobpartners and its customers making full use of his extensive experience in customer facing Internet based systems. Andrew holds a degree in Computer Science from Liverpool University and is a member of the British Computer Society.
Thierry Noel - Vice President Engineering
As VP Engineering, Thierry manages the development of Jobpartners’ suites of solutions ActiveRecruiter & ActiveCenterFamily . Thierry joined Jobpartners in 2002 after 4 successful years in Meta4 as a project manager. Based in Paris for the first 3 years, he handled most of the ActiveCenterFamily’s projects, then joined UK to manage the ActiveCenterFamily developments and finally moved to Poland where he opened and is now managing the new development center. Thierry holds a degree in Electronics and Automatics from Paris XI University and a degree in Computer Sciences from Paris VI University.
Bryan Batten - Finance Director
As Finance Director, Bryan is responsible for Finance at Jobpartners. Bryan joined Jobpartners in March 2001 from Investec, South Africa’s largest Private Bank, where as Product Accountant and Finance Operational Team leader, he was responsible for the monthly reporting requirements for various investment products as well as ensuring the efficient functioning and management of the Finance operational team on a daily basis. Bryan graduated from The University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg with a degree in Commerce.
