ActiveCenter - How does it work?

ActiveCenter can be used standalone, to gather and manage information generated by any ActiveSuite solution and integrated with existing systems.

Data warehouse

Built to hold over one million records, ActiveCenter is a robust, scalable and reliable store for employee information. System, database and application levels of permissions ensure that information is secure and access controlled.

Information collection

Data can be entered directly into ActiveCenter through an easy-to-use administration interface. Process generated data from all ActiveSuite components is automatically collected and stored. Data from other sources can be imported and multiple datasets collected within ActiveCenter.

Consolidation in complex corporate environments

Many organisations are faced with the challenge of having their existing data stored in different systems; whether as the result of mergers, group consolidations or localised ERP and HRMS implementations. ActiveCenter can address this issue by aggregating data into a single, centralised data warehouse.

Integration capabilities

ActiveCenter can be integrated with multiple external databases, such as HRMS, ERP, payroll. Jobpartners has developed an integration module, ActiveConnecter, which enables professional, rapid, reliable and secure integration with ERPs, HRMS and payroll systems, such as PeopleSoft, SAP and Oracle.
