ActiveConnecter - How does it work?
A structured framework of core data easily adapts to specific projects, making the analysis and mapping of data from and to ActiveSuite and external systems a streamlined, straightforward task.
Compatible with common formats
ActiveConnecter has been built to deal with most common data transfer formats, such as XML and CSV. Jobpartners is an active member of the HR-XML Consortium, so also supports the emerging HR-XML standard for the exchange of HR data.
Flexible data-mapping
Information that is being transferred to or from any ActiveSuite module can be mapped with the standardised ActiveConnecter framework and the map turned into a connector. This approach means a one-time process that can be reused for reliable and accurate integration of information.
One-time or automated repeating processes
Imports or exports can be achieved as a one-time data transformation or fully automated and then scheduled to occur at specific intervals according to business requirements.
Process monitoring
Users are able to view reports on all their data transfers receiving high-level results summaries and the capability to drill down to find the problems that occurred with specific data records. Once records have been corrected, exceptions can be set to run outside the scope of an existing schedule.
