ActivePerformer - How does it work?
ActivePerformer automates and supports the creation, deployment and management of employee appraisals and performance reviews.
Easy-to-use templating
A pool of re-usable questions can be established and grouped together into blocks. Questions and blocks can then be combined according to the specific requirements of the appraisal/review and the target employee population to build appraisal questionnaires.
Campaign definition
An appraisal campaign is configured based on a target employee population, appraisal workflow and content. Campaigns can run as single events, for a specific period of time or be repeated at specified intervals.
Automated management of the process
Notifications, preformatted emails and task lists ensure that participants in an appraisal process know what they are meant to be doing. Online distribution of appraisal content and collection of results removes paper from the activity. Managers and HR can see the status of a campaign from the top level down to the detail.
Reporting and analysis provides management feedback
Appraisal results can be processed to provide different views of the information, from a single individual to statistical analysis of the responses in a single area. Advanced search functionality allows appraisals to be searched based on specific criteria.
