ActiveRecruiter modules include: job requisition, campaign and channel management, candidate gateways, candidate management and the recruitment data warehouse. The summary below highlights some of the key features for each user group.
Recruiters can:
- Receive requests from hiring managers
- Create a new job requisition or base it on a template from the library
- Request authorisation to start a new hire process
- Perform a search for internal candidates
- Post jobs to multiple channels (including job-boards, the corporate website and intranet, universities, recruitment agencies, print media)
- Score and short-list incoming candidates
