Running successful projects
The key to a successful project lies in detailed planning and good communication. Each customer project is assigned a project manager who co-ordinates all activity and is the primary point of contact. Our delivery is planned and managed according to a strict project methodology. We rely on close contact with customers at all stages of the project to ensure milestones are met and the objectives achieve on time, on budget - every time.

With experience of training users in 40 different countries worldwide, the Professional Services Team knows how to structure and deliver efficient and rapid solution training. Programmes are tailored to specific customer needs, ranging from individual administrator instruction, user groups to train-the-trainer sessions. Training can be delivered on-site or remotely.
Support
Jobpartners offers a range of support options that can be customised to provide the requirements of each customer. Support available ranges from direct user support, through problem detection to enhancement requests. Joppartners' online support and ticketing system allows direct access to a structured support process.
