4. PRIVACY POLICY

4.1 We may hold and process personal information obtained about you when you access the Site and use it to identify opportunities and other products and services which may be relevant to you, to evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing and for statistical analysis.

4.2 We respect any personal information that you provide and undertake to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 ("the Act") and any other UK data protection legislation from time to time in place.

4.3 You should be aware that if we are requested by the police or any regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities to provide information concerning your activities whilst using the Site we shall do so. 4.6 The Site also logs IP addresses for systems administration purposes. IP addresses are logged to track a user's session. This enables us to determine which parts of the Site users are visiting. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that a user's session will be tracked, but the user will be anonymous.

4.7 All personal data whether held by Jobpartners or by its sub-contractors or agents will be afforded a high level of protection against unauthorised or accidental disclosure, access or deletion.
